Terms & Conditions

“Client” refers to any individual purchasing or attending services.
“Session” refers to any booked coaching slot.
“Package” refers to any bundle of sessions purchased.

a) All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to coach and facility availability.
b) A booking shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
c) The Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings at its discretion.

a) Coaching fees cover instruction only unless otherwise stated.
b) The Client shall bear all additional costs, including but not limited to:

Driving range balls;
Golf course access fees;
Facility usage charges.

a) Clients must provide no less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
b) Any request made within 24 hours of the scheduled time shall be treated as a late cancellation.
c) Each session may only be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

a) Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend (“no-show”), shall result in the session being fully forfeited.
b) No replacement sessions, credits, or refunds shall be provided.

a) Sessions shall commence and conclude strictly according to the scheduled time.
b) Late arrival by the Client shall not entitle the Client to an extension of time.

a) Coaches shall be assigned based on availability, expertise, and operational requirements.
b) The Academy reserves the right to assign or reassign coaches at any time without prior notice.
c) Any change in coach shall not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation.

a) Clients shall comply with all safety instructions and facility rules at all times.
b) The Academy reserves the right to immediately terminate a session without refund if a Client’s conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

a) Group sessions are subject to minimum participant requirements.
b) Where minimum numbers are not met, the Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.
c) In such cases, Clients shall be offered a replacement session or credit only, and no refund shall be provided.

The Academy reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions due to:
a) Weather conditions;
b) Coach unavailability;
c) Facility or operational constraints.

All private arrangements, exceptions, and dispute resolutions between the Academy and the Client shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.

a) The Client acknowledges that participation in golf and related activities carries inherent risks.
b) The Academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred, except where caused by proven gross negligence.

The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published shall be binding.
