General Policy

All fees paid to Quaid Golf Academy Sdn. Bhd. (“the Academy”) for coaching services, packages, programmes, and sessions are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Academy.

No Refund Entitlement

No refund, whether in full or partial, shall be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
a) Change of mind;
b) Personal scheduling conflicts;
c) Illness, injury, or medical conditions;
d) Relocation or travel;
e) Dissatisfaction with coaching style or coach assignment;
f) Failure to attend scheduled sessions.

Package Validity and Forfeiture

a) All packages and sessions are valid only within the validity period specified at the point of purchase:
< 10 sessions, 6 months validity

> 10 sessions, 12 months validity
b) Any unused sessions remaining after expiry shall be automatically forfeited without refund, credit, or extension.

Transfers

All purchases are personal to the registered client and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or resold under any circumstances.
