Terms & Conditions
1. Registration and Payment
a. Full payment must be made upon registration to confirm your slot.
b. All prices are inclusive of coaching services only.
c. Driving range balls, golf course entrance fees, and other facility charges are not included and must be borne by the student unless otherwise stated.
d. Trial classes are strictly for first time students only.
e. Trial class is considered completed once conducted regardless attendance duration or performance expectations.
2. Refund & Transfer Conditions
a. All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3. Session Validity Period
a. Packages must be completed within the timeframe stated in the package upon signing up, any unused session will expire after the validity period.
4. Coaching Assignment & Changes
a. While the academy considers coach preference, we reserve the right to assign coaches when necessary due to scheduling availability or internal
changes.
b. A change in coach does not qualify for a refund.
5. Scheduling & Rescheduling
a. Students must notify the Academy at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeited.
b. Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to weather, coach availability, or facility changes.
b. Clients must arrive on time for all scheduled classes. Late arrival does not entitle the client to an extension of class time, rescheduling, or refund. Classes will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time, and Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny participation to late arrivals where lateness disrupts the class, without any replacement or refund.
6. Package Sharing (if applicable)
a. Package sharing is only allowed for specific shared programs and must be approved and noted upon registration.
b. Individual attendance must be tracked under each participant’s name.
7. Confidentiality & Public Representation (P&C)
a. All fees paid to Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
b. Any communication, discussion, or consideration relating to disputes, shall be treated as strictly private and confidential (P&C).
c. Clients agree not to publish, disclose, or share any such matters, including private communications with Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd, on public or semi-public platforms (including social media, review sites, or forums) without prior written consent from Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd.
8. Media Release
a. Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd may use class photos or videos for internal and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing.
9. Liability Waiver
a. While all reasonable care will be taken, Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd will not held responsible for any injuries, losses or damages sustained during training or on premises.
10. Academy Rights
a. Quaid Golf Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify the lesson structures, schedule, pricing and terms without prior notice.
11. Academy Passport Club Benefit
a.The Academy Passport holder enjoy a lower rate to play at BJGCR golf course with the rate below:
9 Holes Student On-Course Lesson: Entrance fee (Weekday): RM75+RM33 coach, (Sunday evening): RM85+RM35 coach
18 Holes Student & Coach On-Course Lesson: Entrance fee (Weekday): RM120+RM60, Weekend not available
b. Charges inclusive buggy fees, price may vary and shall be according to the club's latest arrangement.
c. Student without handicap will require supervision of coach to enter the golf course.
d. Students may enjoy the driving range member’s rate for range balls. Kindly purchase the balls together with the coach at the counter for verification purposes.
