Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and Payment a. Full payment must be made upon registration to confirm your slot. b. All prices are inclusive of coaching services only. c. Driving range balls, golf course entrance fees, and other facility charges are not included and must be borne by the student unless otherwise stated. 2. Refund & Transfer Conditions a. All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. 4. Coaching Assignment & Changes a. While the academy considers coach preference, we reserve the right to assign coaches when necessary due to scheduling availability or internal changes. b. A change in coach does not qualify for a refund. 5. Scheduling & Rescheduling a. Students must notify the Academy at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeited. b. QGA reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to weather, coach availability, or facility changes.
