Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to coach availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment of the package or session, unless otherwise stated in writing. 2. Package Validity All packages are valid for the duration stated at the point of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the validity period will be forfeited and are not extendable, refundable, or transferable. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule a confirmed session provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a late cancellation. Each session may only be rescheduled once, subject to availability. 4. Late Cancellation & No-Show Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, or failure to attend the session (“no-show”), will result in the session being fully forfeited. No make-up sessions, credits, or refunds will be provided. 5. Coach Assignment Coaches are assigned based on availability and suitability. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate preferred coaches, the academy reserves the right to assign or reassign coaches when necessary. 6. Refund Policy All Development 1-to-1 packages and sessions are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to situations involving personal schedule changes, illness, relocation, or change of mind. 7. Punctuality Sessions will begin and end strictly according to the scheduled time. Late arrival by the client will not extend the session duration. 8. Safety & Conduct Clients are required to follow all safety instructions and facility rules at all times. The academy reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client’s conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive. 9. Confidentiality & Private Arrangements Any goodwill arrangements, exceptions, or dispute resolutions are considered private and confidential and shall not be disclosed publicly without prior written consent. 10. Policy Amendments The academy reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time. The latest version published shall prevail. 11. Group Class Cancellation Policy In the event that a group class does not meet the minimum requirement of 50% attendees, management reserves the right to cancel the session. In such cases, students will receive a refund in the form of credit, which may be used to reschedule for a preferred time slot.
